MEP Victor Negrescu has always argued for the need to introduce the European minimum wage. As early as two years ago, he initiated a petition, supported by over 20,000 people, for a European minimum wage, which has also been supported by the representatives of the most important trade union structures in Romania, and which has been submitted to the European Parliament.
